Password Recovery Guide
Follow these steps to reset your password if you've forgotten it.
Step 1: Request Password Reset
Navigate to the login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login form.
Email Sent Successfully!
A password reset link has been sent to your registered email address. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Step 2: Check Your Email
Open the email from MRAG Support and click on the password reset link. The link will be valid for 24 hours.
Important Security Notice
The password reset link expires after 24 hours. If you don't reset your password within this timeframe, you'll need to request a new link. Never share this link with anyone.
Step 3: Create New Password
Enter your new password following these requirements:
At least 8 characters long
Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
Includes at least one number
Contains at least one special character (@, #, $, etc.)
Critical Warning
Do NOT use the same password you use for other services. Using duplicate passwords across multiple platforms significantly increases your security risk. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our security team immediately at security@mrag.com
Troubleshooting
Email not received?
Check your spam/junk folder
Verify the email address you entered is correct
Wait a few minutes - email delivery may be delayed
Contact support if the issue persists
